Welcome to my home page
My name is Geoff Hutchins and I am delighted to see you on this page. I hope you find my website very interesting, as I have lots of pictures to show you alongside some information about them.
My images have been separated into the following categories: fine art, aviation art, marine art and science fiction art. I also have a diary where I will post regular updates on my work.
Here is a little more information about me.
I live in Bedfordshire, England where I teach art for Bedfordshire Adult and Community learning as a part time tutor. I also paint in my studio and provide a professional framing service from my small workshop.
As far as art is concerned I suppose my first subject would be 17th and 18th century fighting sailing ships. However, as the son of a one time Lancaster captain (amongst other things), aviation has always been part of my life. I also spent 10 years in the RAF. All this adds up to some heavy influences.
Over the years I have developed my art to cover the various subjects that interest me most. My teaching is all landscape and seascape watercolour techniques. Some of these types of pictures appear in the gallery.
The last few years, science fiction has taken up quite a lot of my time, and continues to do so.
If you have any questions about me, my art or anything else, please do not hesitate to contact me on . Alternatively, you can contact me on 07974 586415.
